STAT! Maintenance is a JCAHO compliant equipment management and general work order
module.
 Tracks all maintenance done on each piece of equipment to manage medical equipment inspection schedules - Tracks repair costs for each piece of equipment.
- Recommends repair or replacement based on equipment history and estimated life
- Set up and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
- Set advance schedules to compensate for upcoming staff vacations etc
- Enter and track general work orders, including work action codes.
- User defined work action codes track the reason for the work order, such as normal wear, training needed, user error etc..
STAT! Maintenance communicates directly with either MedTester 1000 or MedTester 5000 to create a paper-free work environment.
STAT! Maintenance Reports include productivity, equipment depreciation, equipment service history, PM inspection compliance, open work orders, work orders by department or by individual, and general work order history.
This comprehensive program runs either as a stand alone system, or in conjunction with the
STAT!
System.
