STAT! Customer Support experts are carefully selected based on their experience in the hospital environment. Their experience provides you with an expert who understands your questions, your needs, and your urgency!
STAT! Customer Support is open from 7 AM to 6PM (MST). We recognize that
you never close so we provide 24 hour a day, 7 day a week emergency support.
Your call is always directed to a customer support expert. You speak to a real person with dial up support access and a real answer to your question!
We believe that your staff members deserve answers to their questions so we offer unlimited customer support calls at no extra charge.
We want your staff to be expert
STAT! users. Initial training is provided at your site. In addition, unlimited free training is also available at our office. This allows you to train, cross-train, or refresh your employees' skills for only the cost of travel. Training at your site is available for an hourly fee.
Customer Support dials your STAT! computer twice daily, monitoring hardware and backups, collecting mail, and preventing problems before they occur.
Email messages from your staff to the STAT! System are retrieved daily, giving you the opportunity to communicate with us without picking up the phone.
Quarterly code updates keep you current in regulatory changes, CPT and ICD9 updates, system enhancements etc. You are always using the most current version of
the Tech Time software.
